Mariangela Macchiavello Executive Assistant - DRE Number Pending
Mariangela is the newest member of the Initio Realty team. She arrives with a plethora of experience in customer service, planning, and management. She has held upper level positions in companies of varying size ranging from intimate local establishments to large Fortune 500 corporations. Because of her far ranging skills she has held positions ranging from management, to operations, and even marketing. Mariangela received her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in Miami, Florida where she competed in intercollegiate swimming. She attained numerous accolades, including competing for the Peruvian national team in 2009-2011. In her free time she also teaches children the same love of swimming that has instilled in her a tremendous work ethic and opened countless doors in her professional life.
